Did you think I made this up? Hardly. Businesses do not reward people for paying their bills late. There is always a consequence. Levi was charged this late fee many times in the past for paying late. As or right now, the account is 40 days late. If you client doesn't want to pay the late fee then let me know and we'll cancel the services. And yes, he was late paying every year because he had no money and had to scramble to find funds. I know his sob story. I get the poor me story every year. Your attitude and expectation is laughable. I guess Levi is not worth $60 to your client. I would have donated the files freely had he asked for it as favor. And you can still have it for free if you apologize for your attitude.
