RE: Killergraffix Rude and Angry Customer Service...

A client of Killergraffix and friend recently died. We needed to get his web files off the Killergraffix server, so inquired about how to do so. We got a terse message that they would release the password and username only when we had paid the outstanding bill accrued since our friend died PLUS late fees! I inquired about why there were late fees for a deceased customer and got the following response:

"Levi signed the hosting agreement with us in 2004 - he was very much alive at that time. And yes, he was late paying every year because he had no money and had to scramble to find funds. I know his sob story. I get the poor me story every year. Your attitude and expectation is laughable. I guess Levi is not worth $60 to your client. I would have donated the files freely had he asked for it as favor. And you can still have it for free if you apologize for your attitude."

Needless to say we canceled the account.
