I was impressed this past week with an article on the Dumb Little Man Blog by Leo Babuata called, "30 Simple Secrets to Happiness." Simple is good, and so is happiness! Among some of the points I found useful were:

- Count your blessings.
- Connect with others.
- Accept things.

Add Essential Fatty Acids to Your Diet
Since the body doesn't produce Omega-3 fatty acids, it's important to stock your diet with plenty of foods rich in these essential nutrients. The University of Maryland Medical Center says the following foods are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids:
- Cold-water, oily fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines and halibut.
