Lightworkers are currently organizing at an unprecendented rate, preparing ffor the leap to Galactic Synchronization. Synchronization will occur when all energies of the Planetary Logos are 50% Light--all things in service to others, in service ultimately to God. This is the Way of the Galactic Logos, as it reaches back to the Universal Logos, Divine Reality.
My particular mission orders are making headway. I will soon have established a strong local Light point, using the local art vibrations. I have established a live music publication assisting musicians in their work as light bearers. I will soon be setting up a "Portland Theatre and Art Guide" to assist more artist-light bearers. Plans have been completed on the basics for a high-vibe cultural center featuring a high-vibration atmosphere, live music, food, meeting places and store 2. It will be set up as a branch of the World Peace University and be located at a suitable building in Northwest Portland, Oregon. Healing arts will also be featured there in a format of a stationary GATE show. GATE Base will be located here (Golden Age Tours & Exhibitions).
Work will be progressed soon in finishing the Spectrum Chart for GATE, and personnel will soon be posted, starting with the musician postings. Work will be starting soon on the musical integration phase of GATE, with experiments in cosmic composition and attempts to directly channel God-energy. Much research is yet to be done, but should be completed during the next 12 months.
Meanwhile, the Guide will be expanded to 40 pages with a four-color cover, 15,000 circulation; adn the Theatre/Arts Guide will be high quality book-format newsprint with 8,000 circulation.
Interfacing with WPU for the cultural center is about to be completed. Once the Spectrum Chart is completed, Dr. Schneider will assign it to the WPU Division 6 as a satellite campus. This will give the Center 501(c)3 status legitimizing it for government and private grants and funding. And this will then be begun in earnest. Current time estiamte are best for July '92, as the planet, Gaia, move into the final synchro-beam. A year after GATE Base is established, GATE Mobile will set sail.
The band plan includes forming a crack group for a "Top 40" band called Fast Moon (or Rumor Has It). One-third of the repertoire is class pop off of VH-1, one-third classic message rock, and one-third originals which implement the findings of research done as mentioned earlier. This band will play 4-6 nights per week at local venues, particularly Red Lions where the pay is halfway decent. It could be that the WPU branch may happen before Red Lions as a venue for the band. Playing this much together is vital to strengthening the band for the rigors of a GATE six-month tour.
One project of GATE Base is to start a community based on current high-vibe paradigms, with a no-money service economy, demonstrating post-technological non-bio-invasive lifestyles. Funding is available for this--research is still in first stages.
Two books are in the planning stages: Yogas of Inspiration, cataloging types of transformational archetypal experiences in a wide range of human activity, from business to sports to the arts. The Code of Pleaides, documenting the history of consciousness of Earth as a replication of Earth's sister, Celestria in orbit around Sirius in the Pleaides. It lays out the code of ethics and justice serving as the basic operating manual of all light workers (Celestria is the closest human-inhabited planet to have experienced Galactic Synchro. It is, therefore, in vibratory rapport with the next planet to enter: Earth. This rapport was established between 1948 and 1952 when I received my Galactic MO's and executed them on Celestria in a 150-year program (local time). I was assigned two planets on which to establish the Galactic Node Points--Celestria and Earth.
It is imperative to not get distracted by the local influences attempting to short circuit the light-bearing vibes. Consciousness is the catalyst; faith, endurance, love and harmlessness are the modes. The quarantined food chain gets broken up by information on its predators leading to consciousness in the hunted species, i.e. humans. Therefore, protection is afforded in the sanctuary of information, diligence and spiritual readiness. Resources are being offered to the local UFO group to disseminate Bill Cooper's work, and to help balance the light.
The greatest leap forward in non-bio-invasive technology will be its application to automotives. Inroads are being developed on the popularizing of electric cars, and research is in progress to apply Tesla's discoveries to commercial automotives. I am currently researching receiving field consumer testing status for an electric car and/or truck. These types of crucial applications form the meat of GATE's message abouut the planetary environment. The conditions creating post-technological non-bio-invasive or bio-symbiotic technologies are:
Post-technological society is a society based on spiritual values, as opposed to material values. For example, body support systems exist only to assist in creating more time and space for Divine Expression as opposed to creating more body support systems. Technology should expand only as necessary to remove physical barriers to Divine Expression. Technology for the sake of technology, or for the sake of profit, cannot be tolerated in such an environment.
